The oldest part of the building pre-dates 1859 when Nicholas Killmeyer bought the building from Balthazar Kreischer. The main building (with the upstairs 'Hotel') was built in 1888.The corner location offers about 6,000-square feet of indoor space and a total square footage of 13,000-square feet with a patio area. The historic structure, originally dating back some 176-plus years, features a full basement, fully equipped kitchen, two dining rooms, a mahogany bar hand-crafted by Russian artisans in the late 1800s plus two rental apartments upstairs. Outdoor amenities include a full walk-in box, a bar and a beer house with hot and cold running water plus a dishwashing system.The second floor is for a residence and office space.
